and dedicated telecommunications cable

Space within the panel frame shall
be available for cable service loops
to support future relocation efforts.
Panels must offer ability to channel
and distribute power and/or voice/data
cabling at the top, middle (above or
below the work surface) and bottom of
each panel with a minimum of six (6)
inches of separation between power and
data at all times.
Each panel frame shall also have two
vertical chases for cable distribution,
preventing any power and cable runs
that are parallel to be closer than
six inches and enabling for any crossovers
between power and data to be perpendicular
to each other. The cable pathways must
allow a minimum 4" bend radius
for fiber optic cabling and be TIA/EIA
568-A and 569-A compliant.
The panel frames shall provide for
an internal multi-user telecommunications
junction, or consolidation point. This
shall allow for an interconnection in
the horizontal cabling between the work
area outlet and the telecommunications
closet. This consolidation point must
be TIA/EIA TSB-75 (Technical Services
Bulletin) compliant.
The interconnection shall provide

Compatico "Customer First Service"
warranties its products to be free from
defects in material and workmanship for
a period of (10) years from the date of
initial delivery. This warranty is not transferable
and is only given to the original purchaser.
Exceptions to the initial 10-year warranty
are as follows:
Fabric: Compatico fabric grades 1.2, and
3 have a 3-year warranty period.
Fabric: All COM fabrics (fabrics specified
and purchased by buyer) that are not standard
grades 1, 2, and 3 Compatico fabrics are
not warranted.
Electrical: Compatico electrical products
have a 5-year warranty period.
This warranty made by Compatico is only
to original purchaser acquiring the product
directly from Compatico, its authorized
dealers, or others who are specifically
authorized by Compatico to sell such products.
Compatico's obligation and the purchaser's
remedy pursuant to this warranty are : limited
to repair or replacement, at Compatico's
option, FOB Compatico's headquarters, of
replacement parts which prove, under normal
use, to be defective within the period stated,
which remedy is expressly agreed to be exclusive
as a condition of such replacement. No person,
firm, or corporation is authorized to assume
for Compatico any other liability in connection
with COMPATICO products. Customer will get
credit for returns only after received by
COMPATICO and must be returned in 30 days.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY
SET FORTH ABOVE, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY

This warranty does not apply to damages
resulting from shipment, storage, accident,
alteration, misuse, assembly or installation.
All claims under this warranty must be authorized
in writing by COMPATICO prior to the repair
or replacement of products.
