8:30 am	Arrival at Compatico - Grand Rapids * Note: All arrangements for visitors prior day arrival - airport transportation        and hotels will be handled by Compatico Customer Service.
9:00 am	Introductions and Discussion about Compatico and Ardant
9:30 am	Product Review
10:30 am	Sales & Marketing support, Credit and Customer Master file reviews
11:00 am	Tour the facility
11:30 am	Step through a hypothetical Quote-to-Order Shipment procedure and support
12 noon	Lunch Meeting
1:30 pm	Departure

For afternoon visits, the schedule would start at 1pm with dinner at 6pm and departure the
following morning.
